Notavice
Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 August 2026. Applies to users in the United Kingdom.
1. About us
Notavice (“we”, “us”) is an adults-only online platform in the United Kingdom. Members may post custom requests describing adult services they want. Independent providers may list services and apply to requests. We provide discovery and communication tools only. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to view adult content in your location. We use age-assurance checks for members and identity verification for providers. You must not share access with anyone under 18.
4. Provider listings and membership
Providers may need to complete identity verification and, when enabled by us, pay a membership fee via Stripe before a listing goes live. Soft launch periods may waive fees; enabling payment is controlled by our configuration and does not change your obligation to comply with these Terms and our Community Standards.
5. Your conduct
You must follow our Community Standards. You must not harass others, post illegal content, attempt to circumvent safety controls, scrape the service, or misuse phone numbers or personal data obtained through the platform.
6. Arrangements between members and providers
Notavice is a discovery and communication platform for adult services. Any service arranged offline is solely between those parties. We are not a party to those arrangements and do not guarantee availability, quality, or safety of offline interactions.
7. Payments
When fees apply (for example provider membership or posting fees), payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the relevant product terms and applicable law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or our Community Standards, or where required for legal or safety reasons. You may delete your account from profile settings where available.
9. Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Questions: support@notavice.example.
